QUALIFIED CHEF
Full Time/Permanent

A stunning multi-purpose dining, conference, entertainment, and sporting venue, we are acknowledged along the Murray River as a leader in our industry. We now have the following positions available in our main kitchen.

 

Qualified Chef- Full Time/Permanent

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
  • Working across all sections of the kitchen including grills, pans, and fryers
  • Ensuring consistency and portion control is adhered to
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards
  • General kitchen cleaning duties as required

Essential skills required:

  • Certificate IV is Commercial Cookery (and/or higher)
  • Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen
  • Experience in food preparation and plating up.
