We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

• Cocktail, Bar & Wait Staff

Successful candidates will have access to in house staff training and development programs along with many generous staff benefits and incentives.

Previous experience of outstanding cocktail/bar and food service for our roles is preferred, with our cocktail roles requiring proven work history. Most of all, we are seeking those with a passion for food, wine and providing guests with a memorable experience, who have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an excellent ability to work as part of a great team.
