ABOUT THE ROLE 

This exciting and multifaceted role offers the opportunity to work across two of our distinctive and dynamic brands — Junction Moama and Wildergreen Moama. As the Promotions & Events Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing both brands to life through bold marketing initiatives and memorable event experiences. The position includes a 12-month fixed-term contract focused on promotions & events coordination for Junction Moama, a sophisticated destination known for its vibrant atmosphere and premium offerings. In addition, you'll take on an ongoing role with Wildergreen Moama, a soon to be opened, fresh and evolving venue that invites creativity, community, and innovation. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, storytelling, and creative placemaking to make a real impact across two standout venues in the heart of Moama.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, print and social channels
• Plan, coordinate and deliver events that are engaging, inclusive and memorable
• Bring fresh, fun and creative event ideas to activate our spaces
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to bring events and campaigns to life
• Manage timelines, budgets and logistics to ensure smooth delivery from start to finish
• Track and report on campaign/event performance and audience engagement.

• Can dream up events that are playful, bold, and community-driven
• Knows how to turn an empty room into a buzzing, vibrant experience
• Is proactive, energetic, and full of ideas that surprise and delight
• Loves collaborating and isn’t afraid to try new things.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:

• Have experience activating unusual or non-traditional spaces
• Know how to work a crowd (or work behind the scenes to make the magic happen)
• Are a whiz with content creation, Canva or social media
• Bring a positive, “let’s make it happen” attitude to everything you do.
