We now have the following position available in our main kitchen.

Cook - Full Time/Permanent

Responsibilities include:
▪ Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
▪ Working in a fast-paced environment
▪ Ability to work well under pressure.
▪ Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards.
▪ Working across all sections of the kitchen including pans and fryers
▪ Ensuring consistency and portion control is adhered to.
▪ General kitchen cleaning duties as required.

Essential skills required:
▪ Certificate III is Commercial Cookery (highly regarded but not essential)
▪ Experience in commercial cookery
▪ Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen
▪ Experience in food preparation and plating up.
